Recently, CCEFIRE®, a brand under CCEWOOL®, successfully shipped one 40HC container of CCEFIRE® DJM26 Thermal Insulation Brick to a long-term customer in Portugal, marking 10 years of cooperation. The insulation bricks in this order are rated at 2600°F, with a bulk density of 0.8 g/cm³, and sizes of 64×114×230 mm and 76×114×230 mm, mainly used for thermal insulation and structural support in the customer’s high-temperature furnaces and thermal equipment.
In addition to DJM26 insulation bricks, the container also included ceramic fiber aluminum foil blankets, AES fiber aluminum foil blankets, 1260HPS ceramic fiber blankets, and AES fiber ropes. These products are used for insulation, sealing, and protection across different functional areas of the same project. This multi-product consolidated shipment improves container utilization and reflects CCEFIRE®’s mature capability in providing integrated high-temperature insulation solutions.
In high-temperature furnaces and heat-treatment equipment, the dimensional accuracy of Thermal Insulation Brick directly affects lining integrity and service life. Through strict process control during forming and firing, CCEFIRE® DJM26 insulation bricks maintain structural stability under high temperatures, ensuring long-term fit and reliable performance.
At the finishing stage, DJM26 bricks are processed with advanced grinding technology, carefully refining surface flatness and edge accuracy. As a result, the products offer:
Precise dimensions with high batch consistency
Flat surfaces and clean edges for easier on-site installation
Reduced installation gaps and improved overall insulation performance
This meticulous control of details enables CCEFIRE® DJM26 Thermal Insulation Brick to deliver reliable performance under complex operating conditions and is a key reason the Portuguese customer has continued to select the product over many years.
To protect insulation bricks during long-distance transportation, this order adopted a customized carton box + pallet packaging solution. Each carton is properly partitioned and reinforced before palletizing, which effectively:
Prevents impacts, chipping, and breakage during transit
Facilitates forklift handling and reduces manual labor risks
Improves warehousing and on-site handling efficiency
This customer-oriented packaging approach has become a standard practice for CCEFIRE® when serving European customers.

10 years of partnership have been built on the long-term, proven performance of CCEFIRE® DJM26 Thermal Insulation Brick. Accurate dimensions, stable structure, flexible mixed-loading capability, and reliable packaging solutions allow CCEFIRE® to continuously provide safer and more efficient high-temperature insulation solutions.
CCEFIRE® Thermal Insulation Brick will continue to focus on dimensional stability, machining precision, and delivery reliability—continuously optimizing products and️ services to support global high-temperature industries with long-term, controlled insulation performance.

Push-type continuous reheating furnaces are primarily used to reheat steel billets, continuously cast slabs, and similar materials to the temperatures required for hot rolling. They are core thermal processing equipment in the steel industry. The furnace body typically has a long, linear structure, with different temperature zones arranged along the furnace length. Steel billets are […]
