Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped one 40HC container of CCEWOOL® 1260°C Refractory Ceramic Fire Blanket to a long-term customer in Singapore, marking 7 years of cooperation.
The delivered products have a density of 128 kg/m³ and a customized size of 10 × 1100 × 15000 mm, which is clearly different from standard market specifications. They are designed for large-area continuous insulation zones in the customer’s high-temperature equipment and furnace lining systems.
Over the years, this customer has been deeply involved in high-temperature industrial equipment and complex insulation systems, maintaining strict requirements for the structural strength, dimensional fit, and long-term operational reliability of the Refractory Ceramic Fire Blanket. This shipment once again demonstrates CCEWOOL®’s mature capability in supplying high-performance fiber blankets and customized delivery solutions.
In high-temperature insulation systems, the tensile strength of a Refractory Ceramic Fire Blanket directly affects installation safety, structural integrity, and service life.
Especially for thin specifications such as 10 mm, insufficient fiber structure or needle-punching control can easily lead to tearing or delamination during installation or operation.
Through systematic process control, CCEWOOL® 1260°C ceramic fiber blankets maintain stable and high tensile strength even at 10 mm thickness. This performance results from multiple coordinated processes:
High-quality fiber forming control: More uniform fiber length and distribution, creating a stable mechanical support structure
Double-sided internal needle-punching structure: Tighter internal fiber interlocking, significantly improving overall tensile strength
Structural stability design: Good integrity even in thin specifications, resisting delamination or tearing
In practical applications, these high-tensile properties make the Refractory Ceramic Fire Blanket safer to install and more stable during long-term operation, especially suitable for large-area and continuous insulation structures.
The 10 × 1100 × 15000 mm specification used by this Singapore customer is not a standard market size, but a customized design based on specific equipment structures and installation methods.
In high-temperature projects, relying solely on standard sizes often requires extensive on-site cutting, which increases installation time and can compromise insulation consistency.
CCEWOOL® completes dimensional customization during the production stage, allowing the Refractory Ceramic Fire Blanket to be installed directly upon delivery. This approach significantly reduces on-site adjustments, minimizes material waste, and improves overall installation efficiency.
In addition to product customization, CCEWOOL® also developed customized carton packaging and container loading solutions for this extra-long and extra-wide blanket. This end-to-end coordination—from manufacturing to packaging and container loading—forms a key foundation of CCEWOOL®’s long-term service to international customers.

Seven years of continuous cooperation are rooted not only in the stable performance of the Refractory Ceramic Fire Blanket under real high-temperature conditions, but also in CCEWOOL®’s long-term commitment to high-strength thin blankets and customized delivery capabilities.
From high-tensile structural design and non-standard size customization to optimized packaging and loading solutions, CCEWOOL® Refractory Ceramic Fire Blanket consistently focuses on real engineering requirements, providing customers with more reliable and efficient high-temperature insulation solutions.
A car bottom furnace is a typical intermittent variable-temperature furnace. In the metallurgical industry, it is mainly used for pre-forging heating of steel ingots and heat treatment of workpieces. According to different applications, car bottom furnaces are generally divided into two types:Car bottom heating furnace: operating temperature is generally 1250–1300°CCar bottom heat treatment furnace: operating […]
