Recently, CCEWOOL® shipped one 40HC container of Ceramic Fiber Cloth (SS304 Wire Reinforcement) to a customer in Indonesia with whom we have cooperated for 2 years. The product was supplied in the size of 3 × 1000 × 30000 mm, with a density of 500 kg/m³, and packed in Woven Bags for convenient transportation, storage, and on-site use.
This batch of CCEWOOL® ceramic fiber cloth will be used for high-temperature piping wrapping, equipment shell insulation, fire protection layers, expansion joint soft connections, and localized flexible insulation structures in industrial furnaces. For the customer, this is not just a standard high-temperature textile product, but a solution that combines insulation performance, reinforcement structure, and downstream processing support.
For ceramic fiber cloth, performance depends not only on weaving, but also on the stability of the raw material. CCEWOOL® uses its self-produced ceramic fiber textile bulk as the base material, giving the product better quality control from the source.
