Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped a 40HC container of CCEWOOL® 1260S Ceramic Fire Blanket Insulation to a long-term customer in India, marking eight years of cooperation. The product size is 25x610x7200 mm, and this order includes two density options: 128 kg/m³ and 160 kg/m³, with the 160 kg/m³ high-density blanket as the key focus of this shipment.
The customer has long been serving high-temperature industrial equipment and furnace lining systems, with clear requirements for the structural stability and mechanical strength of ceramic insulation blanket under high-temperature operation. In practical applications, the 160 kg/m³ blanket provides higher density and stronger structural support, making it particularly suitable for hot-face areas exposed to airflow erosion, mechanical disturbance, or demanding durability requirements, ensuring more reliable thermal insulation performance for the system.
CCEWOOL® 1260S Ceramic Fire Blanket Insulation is available in multiple density grades, allowing flexible selection based on furnace structure, installation method, and service temperature zones.
Different densities achieve a balanced combination of thermal insulation performance, mechanical strength, and service life, enabling customers to apply more targeted solutions in different furnace areas. This flexibility is also one of the key reasons for the long-term and stable cooperation with the Indian customer.
CCEWOOL® 1260S Ceramic Fire Blanket Insulation is manufactured using a patented fiberizing process, producing longer and more continuous fibers during formation, which fundamentally enhances the overall strength of the product.
This is further reinforced by CCEWOOL®’s self-developed double-sided internal needling process, allowing fibers to be fully interlocked throughout the blanket thickness, forming a stable and uniform internal structure.
Thanks to the combined patented fiberizing and double-sided internal needling processes, the product offers key advantages including:
Longer fibers with a more complete structure, reducing the risk of breakage
Tensile strength exceeding 75 kPa, ensuring reliability during installation and operation
Resistance to collapse under long-term high-temperature conditions, with more durable insulation performance

Eight years of continuous cooperation is based on the proven and stable performance of CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fire Blanket Insulation in real high-temperature applications. From multiple density options to mature fiber forming and needling technologies, CCEWOOL® remains application-oriented, delivering insulation solutions with verifiable performance and sustainable quality.
CCEWOOL® will continue to support industrial customers in India and worldwide with reliable manufacturing capability and consistent product performance, enabling safer, more efficient, and long-term operation of high-temperature systems.

Push-type continuous reheating furnaces are primarily used to reheat steel billets, continuously cast slabs, and similar materials to the temperatures required for hot rolling. They are core thermal processing equipment in the steel industry. The furnace body typically has a long, linear structure, with different temperature zones arranged along the furnace length. Steel billets are […]
