Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped one 40HC container of 2300°F inorganic ceramic fiber board to a long-term U.S. customer, marking four years of continued cooperation.
This batch of material will enter the customer's fabrication workshop for secondary processing and custom-shaped component manufacturing, ultimately serving insulation and structural applications within high-temperature systems.
In addition to inorganic ceramic fiber board, the customer also ordered:
CCEWOOL® 2300HPS Ceramic Fiber Board
CCEWOOL® 2300°F Blown Ceramic Fiber Bulk
These materials are used in combination for precision cutting, structural component forming, and insulation filling, forming a complete high-temperature insulation system solution.
CCEWOOL® 2300°F inorganic ceramic fiber board utilizes a fully inorganic bonding system, containing no organic binders. As a result, it produces no smoke or black residue under high-temperature exposure while maintaining strong structural integrity during ambient machining.
Its fabrication advantages include:
Uniform Structure, Stable Cutting Performance
With a density of 18.75 PCF, the board maintains clean edges during machining and minimizes chipping or delamination.
Balanced Strength for Precision Machining
While maintaining excellent insulation performance, the board provides sufficient mechanical strength for CNC precision cutting and custom shape forming.
Consistent Product Quality
A stable production control system ensures consistent density and physical properties across batches, supporting continuous fabrication processes.
Because of its strong processing adaptability, this inorganic ceramic fiber board works effectively alongside blown ceramic fiber bulk for complex shaped components and multi-layer insulation assemblies.

After completing the first round of fabrication and installation, the customer commented:
“CCEWOOL® inorganic ceramic fiber board performs smoothly during machining, with clean cut edges and stable structure. Compared to other ceramic fiber board materials, material loss is lower and dimensional control is easier to maintain. The inorganic system also demonstrates stable performance during high-temperature testing, meeting the long-term operational requirements of our high-temperature systems.”
The customer further emphasized that the board’s machinability and batch consistency reduced adjustment time in custom component production and improved overall manufacturing efficiency.
From inorganic ceramic fiber board to blown ceramic fiber bulk, CCEWOOL® continues to optimize material structural stability and fabrication adaptability.
CCEWOOL® 2300°F inorganic ceramic fiber board is not only a high-temperature insulation material, but also an engineering-grade ceramic fiber board solution designed to integrate seamlessly into fabrication workflows and support custom component manufacturing and system assembly.
In many high-temperature equipment and industrial furnace projects, customers often focus more on hot-face materials while overlooking the importance of the backup insulation layer. In fact, a suitable 1900 backup board, although not directly exposed to the highest-temperature hot face, plays a critical role in the overall insulation system. For continuously operating industrial furnaces, heat […]
