Order Quantity: 1x40HC Container
Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped a 40HC container of CCEWOOL® 2300°F Inorganic Ceramic Fiber Board to a U.S. customer with whom we have maintained a stable cooperation for over four years. The boards were supplied in the size of 50x1020x1220 mm.
This shipment was not limited to a single product but was delivered together with CCEWOOL® Vermiculite Board and CCEWOOL® 2300°F Ceramic Blown Fiber, reflecting the customer’s long-term trust in CCEWOOL®’s integrated, multi-product insulation solutions.
CCEWOOL® 2300°F Inorganic Ceramic Fiber Board is manufactured on a dedicated production line using an inorganic binder system confirmed for high-temperature applications. Compared with boards containing organic binders, this product does not darken, emit smoke, or generate odor during high-temperature operation, avoiding issues associated with organic binder decomposition.
This makes the Inorganic Ceramic Fiber Board particularly suitable for household appliances, smokeless heating equipment, and thermal systems requiring stable and predictable high-temperature behavior.
Even after long-term exposure to high-temperature insulation conditions, the board maintains its mechanical strength and structural integrity, allowing it to function reliably as both an insulation layer and a structural support component. This stability contributes to more predictable performance throughout the equipment’s service life while reducing maintenance and replacement frequency.

CCEWOOL® has established a mature and stable localized operating system in North America. Our Canadian subsidiary and warehouse have been operating continuously for over 10 years, serving industrial customers across the region and building a strong reputation in the local market.
Building on this foundation, CCEWOOL® established its U.S. company in Charlotte several years ago and developed professional refractory and insulation material warehouses in Charlotte, NC and Youngstown, OH, forming a responsive inventory network covering the entire United States.
This long-term North American presence has significantly enhanced CCEWOOL®’s brand visibility and customer confidence in the U.S. market, while further reinforcing our position as a global manufacturer of high-temperature insulation materials. It is also a key reason why more international customers continue to choose CCEWOOL® as a reliable long-term partner.
Supported by a mature inorganic formulation, dedicated manufacturing processes, and a well-established North American operating network, CCEWOOL® will continue to provide safe, smoke-free, and mechanically stable Inorganic Ceramic Fiber Board solutions to customers in the U.S. and worldwide—supporting long-term, efficient, and stable operation in both household and industrial thermal equipment.
