CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board is manufactured from natural mineral raw materials such as basalt and dolomite through high-temperature melting, fiberization, forming, and curing processes. It is a structurally stable inorganic fiber insulation board.
With a temperature rating of up to 750°C (1382°F), the product features a uniform porous fiber structure. While maintaining good mechanical strength and dimensional stability, it also provides thermal insulation, fire resistance, sound absorption, and good installation adaptability. It is suitable for building envelopes, industrial equipment, storage tanks, vessels, and other thermal insulation systems.
In many building and industrial projects, customers require more than basic thermal insulation. They also need products that provide fire safety, structural stability, and reliable long-term performance. CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board is developed to meet these combined requirements as a multifunctional insulation board.
CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board has a temperature rating of:
750°C (1382°F)
In addition to wall and roof insulation, it can also be used for industrial equipment, storage tanks, power and chemical equipment, the external insulation of industrial furnaces, ovens, and other thermal systems.
Different densities and thicknesses can be selected according to operating temperature, required insulation thickness, and available installation space.
CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board is composed of fine inorganic fibers with numerous air pockets formed within the fiber structure, helping reduce heat transfer.
Its thermal conductivity can be as low as:
0.036 W/m·K at 200°C
This low thermal conductivity helps reduce heat loss from buildings and industrial equipment while improving the overall energy efficiency of insulation systems.
CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board is manufactured from inorganic mineral raw materials and can achieve an A1 non-combustible fire rating.
This makes the product suitable not only for thermal insulation, but also for building envelopes, industrial facilities, equipment areas, and fire-separation systems where higher levels of fire safety are required.
The porous fiber structure of Stone Wool Board helps absorb sound energy. In addition to thermal insulation and fire protection, it can therefore be used in industrial facilities, equipment rooms, mechanical rooms, wall systems, and other areas requiring acoustic control.
For projects where both heat loss and equipment noise need to be addressed, Stone Wool Board can provide both thermal insulation and sound absorption.
CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board offers good compressive strength, tensile strength, and dimensional stability. Under proper installation conditions, it can maintain a stable board structure over long periods of service.
It is particularly suitable for:
Large-area continuous installation
Equipment shell insulation
Wall and roof systems
Industrial equipment insulation layers
Its stable board structure helps improve installation quality and maintain continuity throughout the insulation layer.
CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board can be supplied with aluminum foil or other facing materials according to project requirements, helping improve moisture resistance, surface integrity, and installation convenience.
This composite structure is particularly suitable for building and industrial insulation projects requiring additional surface protection or improved system integrity.
CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board offers good processing adaptability and can be Fabrication processed according to project dimensions and equipment structures.
Customized sizing and prefabrication can help customers:
Reduce on-site cutting
Minimize material waste
Improve installation efficiency
Improve board jointing
Better match actual equipment structures
For large-volume industrial insulation and standardized construction projects, customized processing can also help improve overall installation consistency.
CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board can be used in:
Building Industry
Walls, roofs, building envelopes, fire separation, sound absorption, and noise reduction;
Petrochemical and Power Industries
Industrial equipment, chemical equipment, storage tanks, and vessel insulation;
Industrial Applications
External insulation of industrial furnaces, ovens, thermal equipment, large storage tanks, and industrial facilities requiring thermal insulation and fire protection.
CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board is not simply a building insulation board. It is a multifunctional inorganic fiber insulation product designed for both building and industrial applications.
With its 750°C temperature rating, low thermal conductivity, A1 fire performance, good sound absorption, and stable mechanical structure, together with aluminum foil facing and Fabrication processing support, CCEWOOL® can provide more suitable product configurations for different project environments.
For building and industrial projects that require a combination of thermal insulation, fire safety, sound absorption, structural stability, and installation convenience, CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board is a mature and reliable thermal insulation solution with broad application flexibility.

CCEWOOL® Stone Wool is manufactured primarily from high-quality natural mineral raw materials such as basalt and diabase. The raw materials are melted at high temperatures and fiberized through a high-speed centrifugal process to form fine inorganic fibers. After fiber collection, forming, curing, and cutting, the fibers are processed into stone wool products with different densities, […]
