1260℃ Refractory Ceramic Fiber Board | CCEWOOL®
Size: 12 × 660 × 1160 mm
Density: 350 kg/m³
Packaging: Carton Box + Pallet

Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped 1 × 20GP container of 1260℃ refractory ceramic fiber board to a customer in the Czech Republic with whom we have cooperated for 13 years. This batch, with a specification of 12 × 660 × 1160 mm and a density of 350 kg/m³, was packed in carton boxes and pallets for convenient transportation, storage, and downstream processing.

This batch of refractory fiber board will mainly be used for the manufacture of high-temperature insulation gaskets, localized insulation support components, equipment-matched insulation boards, and related secondary-processed products. For the customer, the focus of this purchase is not only whether the product can withstand high temperatures, but also whether the board is truly suitable for downstream processing and can maintain stable performance during cutting, hole opening, assembly, and supporting component manufacturing.

Project Challenges: Not Only Insulation, but Also Processing Stability and Dimensional Matching

In this type of high-temperature insulation component processing project, the customer is concerned not only with the board’s temperature resistance, but also with processing adaptability and finished-product consistency. Since different projects require different board dimensions, thicknesses, and structures, while downstream processing places high demands on flatness, structural stability, and cutting performance, what the customer truly needs is not a standard refractory ceramic fiber board, but a project-oriented solution capable of balancing processing stability, dimensional matching, and finished-product quality.

Fabrication-Customized Refractory Fiber Board Better Matches Engineering Processing Requirements

In this project, the 12 × 660 × 1160 mm specification purchased by the customer was not a conventional standard size, but a solution matched to the actual processing and installation requirements of the project.

For many high-temperature insulation component projects, refractory fiber board is not always used directly in standard dimensions. Especially in applications involving irregular components, localized support structures, and equipment-matched insulation boards, whether the product dimensions are better matched to engineering requirements will directly affect:
The amount of downstream cutting and hole opening required
Board utilization rate
Processing efficiency
Finished-product dimensional consistency
Overall project execution progress

CCEWOOL® can provide Fabrication-customized specification support for refractory ceramic fiber board according to customer engineering requirements. Both thickness and dimensions can be reasonably matched to project needs, making the product more suitable for downstream processing and installation workflows.

This customization capability mainly helps customers solve several practical issues:
Better matching downstream insulation component processing and installation size requirements
Reducing additional cutting and adjustment work in the workshop or on site
Improving board utilization and reducing processing loss
Better supporting continuous production efficiency and finished-product consistency
For this reason, the refractory fiber board supplied by CCEWOOL® is not just a standard insulation board, but an engineering-oriented product that can be matched to project requirements through Fabrication support.

Fully Automated Production and Two-Hour Rapid Drying Make the Product Better Suited for Fabrication Processing

In addition to dimensional matching, customers in these projects also place great importance on the product quality and processing performance of refractory ceramic fiber board. For customers who need downstream cutting, hole opening, assembly, and supporting component manufacturing, whether the board has a more stable structure and more consistent thickness directly affects processing efficiency and finished-product quality.

CCEWOOL® refractory ceramic fiber board is manufactured with a fully automated production process and a two-hour rapid drying process, allowing the product to maintain more reliable performance in board structure, thickness control, and dimensional stability. These process advantages make the product more suitable for downstream Fabrication processing.

For customers, the practical value of these processes is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
More uniform board structure, making downstream cutting and processing easier
More stable thickness control, helping maintain finished-product consistency
Better overall flatness, making the product more suitable for continuous processing workflows
Better suitability for the manufacture of high-temperature insulation components and supporting structural parts

In other words, CCEWOOL® refractory ceramic fiber board not only meets the basic requirements for thermal insulation, but also helps customers improve downstream processing efficiency and project execution quality through its stable production process and rapid drying technology.

Long-Term Cooperation Built on Customization Capability and Stable Product Performance

Over the past 13 years of cooperation with this Czech customer, CCEWOOL® has continuously supplied stable high-temperature insulation products. The customer’s long-term preference for our refractory fiber board is based not only on a single parameter, but on the product’s overall compatibility in actual project applications.

The customer commented:
“CCEWOOL® provides not just conventional refractory ceramic fiber board products, but high-temperature insulation board solutions that are better suited to our processing needs. The customized specifications reduced our on-site adjustment work, and the product has remained stable in downstream cutting and supporting component processing. For us, stable product quality, flexible specification support, and continuous reliable supply capability are the most important foundations for long-term cooperation.”

CCEWOOL® 1260℃ refractory ceramic fiber board not only supports Fabrication-customized specifications that are better matched to engineering requirements, but also provides more stable processing support through its fully automated production process and two-hour rapid drying technology.
