Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped 1 × 40HC container of 1260°C ceramic insulation blanket to a customer in Spain with whom we have cooperated for 8 years. This batch was supplied in two custom-width specifications, 25 × 280 × 7320 mm and 25 × 940 × 7320 mm, with a density of 64 kg/m³, and packed in Carton Boxes for convenient transportation, storage, and subsequent on-site installation management.
These products will mainly be used for equipment shell wrapping, high-temperature equipment insulation layers, and areas requiring installation and assembly according to structural dimensions. Projects involving equipment wrapping and high-temperature insulation usually face more than just insulation requirements. Instead, several practical issues often arise at the same time:
On-site equipment and structural dimensions are complex, so standard-width products may not always be fully suitable
Extensive on-site cutting increases installation time and material loss
The project requires a high standard of installation neatness and efficiency
The customer requires clearer quality confirmation before and after procurement, rather than relying only on datasheets
For this reason, what the customer truly needs is not a conventional standard ceramic insulation blanket, but a project-oriented product solution that can simultaneously solve problems related to size matching, installation efficiency, and quality verification.
In this project, the two purchased width specifications—25 × 280 × 7320 mm and 25 × 940 × 7320 mm—are not standard general-purpose sizes, but solutions matched to the actual installation requirements of the project.
In many industrial insulation projects, ceramic fibre blanket is not always used directly in standard sizes. Especially in equipment wrapping, installation in irregular areas, and localized splicing applications, whether the product dimensions better match the engineering structure will directly affect:
The amount of on-site cutting required
Material utilization
Splicing efficiency
Installation neatness
The overall installation schedule
CCEWOOL® can provide custom specification support for ceramic insulation blanket according to customer engineering requirements, allowing the product to better match equipment structures and downstream Fabrication installation needs.
This customization capability mainly helps customers solve several practical issues:
Better matching equipment and structural dimensions, reducing secondary on-site cutting
Improving installation efficiency and assembly convenience
Reducing material waste and installation loss
Better supporting overall installation quality and project schedule control
For this reason, the ceramic insulation blanket supplied by CCEWOOL® is not just a standard insulation material, but a project-oriented product that can be matched to engineering requirements through Fabrication support.
For high-temperature projects that require long-term stable operation, customers are concerned not only with whether the product can be used, but also with whether its quality can be clearly verified. Especially in European projects, more and more customers involve third-party quality inspection companies to conduct on-site inspections at the factory, ensuring that the actual delivered product quality is consistent with project requirements.
The Spanish customer adopted exactly this approach in this case, arranging a third-party quality inspection company to carry out an on-site inspection at the CCEWOOL® factory. For the customer, this means not only that the product itself has undergone on-site quality verification, but also that the supplier is willing to cooperate with project execution in a more open and transparent manner.
This quality support capability mainly reflects several values:
Product quality is more verifiable
Project procurement risk is lower
The delivery process is more transparent
It helps customers build stronger confidence for long-term procurement
For customers, a truly reliable ceramic fibre blanket should not only perform stably in actual use, but should also be able to pass the verification of third-party on-site inspection before delivery.

Over the past 8 years of cooperation with this Spanish customer, CCEWOOL® has continuously supplied stable high-temperature insulation products.
The customer commented:
“CCEWOOL® provides not just a conventional ceramic fibre blanket product, but an insulation solution that is better aligned with our engineering requirements. The customized specifications reduced our on-site cutting workload, and the third-party inspection also gave us greater confidence in the product quality. For us, stable products, flexible cooperation, and reliable delivery capability are the most important foundations for long-term cooperation.”
In equipment wrapping and high-temperature insulation projects in Spain like this, the customer’s challenge is never limited to the selection of a single material. Instead, it involves the combined requirements of size matching, installation efficiency, quality verification, and long-term supply.
CCEWOOL® 1260°C ceramic insulation blanket not only supports customized specification solutions that are better aligned with engineering needs, but can also cooperate with third-party quality inspection companies for on-site inspection, providing customers with more transparent and more reliable project support. For customers who need to balance installation adaptability, controllable quality, and long-term procurement stability, this type of ceramic fibre blanket solution clearly offers stronger practical project value.
A car bottom furnace is a typical intermittent variable-temperature furnace. In the metallurgical industry, it is mainly used for pre-forging heating of steel ingots and heat treatment of workpieces. According to different applications, car bottom furnaces are generally divided into two types:Car bottom heating furnace: operating temperature is generally 1250–1300°CCar bottom heat treatment furnace: operating […]
