Product: 1260°C Ceramic Fiber Bulk | CCEWOOL®
Packaging: Woven Bag
Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped one 40HC container of 1260°C ceramic fiber bulk to a long-term customer in Peru with whom we have cooperated for 13 years. This batch of products was shipped in compressed woven bag packaging and is mainly intended for the customer's subsequent secondary cutting, fabrication, and further processing applications.
For the customer, the purchase is not limited to basic high-temperature insulation fiber raw materials, but rather a product solution that can smoothly enter the Fabrication process and support downstream customized production. For this reason, when selecting ceramic fiber bulk, the customer places greater importance on fiber condition, batch stability, and whether the supply method can better match downstream processing requirements.
For ceramic fiber bulk intended for further processing and customized production, product stability is especially important. In applications involving secondary cutting, material distribution, filling, compounding, or other Fabrication processes, the uniformity, loft, and batch consistency of the fiber raw material directly affect downstream processing efficiency and finished product quality.
CCEWOOL® 1260°C ceramic fiber bulk is able to better meet the customer's practical requirements for secondary processing. For the customer, its Fabrication-ready quality is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
Stable fiber condition, making subsequent material separation and reprocessing easier
Uniform fiber structure, helping maintain consistency during processing
Good batch stability, suitable for continuous customized production
For customers with downstream processing needs, evaluating whether a ceramic fiber bulk factory is reliable depends not only on its ability to maintain long-term supply, but also on whether its products remain stable after entering the processing stage.
In addition to being suitable for downstream processing, CCEWOOL® can also provide different packaging options for ceramic fiber bulk according to customer requirements. For customers whose materials enter downstream manufacturing processes, packaging affects not only transportation and storage efficiency, but also unpacking, handling, and convenience of use after arrival at the facility.
At present, CCEWOOL® can provide the following packaging options for ceramic fiber bulk:
Woven bag packaging
Compressed woven bag packaging
Vacuumed plastic bag packaging
Compressed vacuumed plastic bag packaging
Vacuumed plastic bag + pallet packaging
For this shipment, the Peruvian customer ultimately selected the compressed woven bag packaging option. For the customer, this solution offers two clear advantages:
It saves more container space and improves loading efficiency
It is better suited to subsequent secondary cutting and further processing, allowing easier unpacking and use in production as needed
For long-term customers, truly valuable ceramic fiber bulk must not only be suitable for reprocessing in terms of product quality, but also better matched to actual production and logistics requirements in terms of packaging. This alignment between product and packaging is also an important capability that a professional ceramic fiber bulk factory should provide.

Over the past 13 years of cooperation with this Peruvian customer, CCEWOOL® has continuously supplied stable high-temperature insulation fiber products. The main reasons why the customer continues to choose our ceramic fiber bulk include:
Stable product quality that can meet downstream Fabrication and reprocessing requirements
Better suitability for secondary cutting and customized production
Availability of multiple packaging options to match transportation and production requirements
Compressed woven bag packaging saves space and better fits actual usage needs
The customer commented:
"The ceramic fiber bulk supplied by CCEWOOL® has consistently shown reliable performance in terms of product stability and downstream processing adaptability. The product can meet our requirements for secondary cutting and fabrication, while the packaging options can also be adjusted according to our actual usage preferences. In particular, the compressed woven bag packaging is very practical in both saving space and supporting downstream production."
CCEWOOL® 1260°C ceramic fiber bulk not only delivers stable and reliable product quality that better supports secondary cutting and Fabrication processing, but can also provide more flexible packaging solutions based on actual transportation and production requirements. By improving loading efficiency while maintaining downstream processing convenience, it creates more efficient and more practical supply value for customers requiring high-temperature insulation fiber raw materials.
CCEWOOL® Stone Wool Board is manufactured from natural mineral raw materials such as basalt and dolomite through high-temperature melting, fiberization, forming, and curing processes. It is a structurally stable inorganic fiber insulation board. With a temperature rating of up to 750°C (1382°F), the product features a uniform porous fiber structure. While maintaining good mechanical strength […]

CCEWOOL® Stone Wool is manufactured primarily from high-quality natural mineral raw materials such as basalt and diabase. The raw materials are melted at high temperatures and fiberized through a high-speed centrifugal process to form fine inorganic fibers. After fiber collection, forming, curing, and cutting, the fibers are processed into stone wool products with different densities, […]
