Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped one 40HC container of 1200°C bio soluble fiber module to a customer in Norway with whom we have cooperated for 3 years. In addition to this batch of bio soluble fiber module, the customer also purchased 1200°C bio soluble fiber blanket and 1200°C bio soluble fiber rope for supporting insulation applications in high-temperature systems.

This batch of CCEWOOL® 1200°C bio soluble fiber module will be used in industrial furnace lining systems, heat treatment equipment, piping and irregular high-temperature structure wrapping, as well as localized maintenance and sealing compensation areas. Among them, the soluble fiber module is mainly used for the main insulation layer of the furnace lining, the fiber blanket is used for backup layers and transition layers, and the fiber rope is better suited for sealing, compensation, and localized protection applications.

Bio Soluble Fiber Module Better Aligned with European Project Requirements

In European industrial insulation projects, customers are no longer concerned only with the temperature resistance of module products. Increasingly, they also focus on whether the material is better aligned with local requirements for health, safety, environmental protection, and long-term usage management. CCEWOOL® bio soluble fiber module is made from an alkaline earth silicate (AES) raw material system and complies with the relevant requirements of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS), with no carcinogenic warning label required. At the same time, its solubility and safety have been certified by the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has also classified it as non-carcinogenic.
