Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped 2 × 40HC containers of refractory insulation products to a new customer in Colombia. This order was centered on 1260℃ refractory ceramic fiber block, together with 1260℃ ceramic fiber blanket and SK34 refractory fire brick, forming a more complete industrial furnace lining insulation product combination.
These products will mainly be used for industrial furnace walls, roof insulation layers, lining repair in localized high-temperature areas, backup layer configuration, and composite furnace lining structures. For a new customer, this purchase was not only a test of the product quality itself, but also an evaluation of whether the supplier has the capability in custom sizing, systematic product support, and mixed-container supply.
Projects involving industrial furnace lining renovation usually face more than just a single material selection issue. Instead, several practical requirements often exist at the same time:
Different furnace types and different areas vary greatly in size, so standard specifications may not always be directly suitable
Furnace walls, roofs, and localized repair areas require different material structures and installation methods
A single product cannot fully meet the needs of the main furnace lining, backup layers, and high-temperature supporting areas
If different materials are purchased separately, communication, container loading, and delivery management become much more complicated
For this reason, what the customer truly needs is not a single standard product, but a high-temperature insulation solution that can simultaneously solve problems related to size matching, system integration, and centralized procurement.
In this project, the two specifications purchased by the customer, 200 × 300 × 600 mm and 300 × 300 × 600 mm, were not simply general-purpose stock items, but configuration solutions better matched to the specific furnace lining structure and installation requirements.
For many industrial furnace projects, ceramic fiber block is not always used directly in one standard size. Especially in roof sections, furnace wall connection areas, irregular zones, and partitioned installation areas, whether the product dimensions are better matched to the engineering structure will directly affect:
Installation layout efficiency
Joint compression performance
Adaptability to localized structures
Neatness of installation
Overall sealing performance of the furnace lining
CCEWOOL® can provide refractory ceramic fiber block with specification solutions better aligned with actual installation logic according to customer engineering requirements, making the product more suitable for subsequent Fabrication applications and project installation.
This customization capability mainly helps customers solve several practical problems:
Better suitability for installation requirements in different furnace types and structural areas
Reduced on-site secondary adjustment and cutting work
Improved layout efficiency and joint compression performance of modules/fiber blocks
Better support for maintaining overall furnace lining sealing performance and construction consistency
For this reason, the ceramic fiber block supplied by CCEWOOL® is not only a standardized insulation product, but also a project-oriented product that can be matched to engineering requirements through Fabrication.
For industrial furnace lining renovation projects, the real material demand is often not fulfilled by a single product, but by a systematic solution made up of different product types. Through one purchase, the customer can complete the configuration of materials for different temperature zones, different structural layers, and different functional areas, instead of sourcing different products from multiple suppliers.
At the same time, CCEWOOL® can also provide mixed-container shipment services according to product dimensions, packaging methods, and loading logic, while calculating container quantities based on reference data to make more efficient use of container space.
This approach directly helps customers solve several practical issues:
Completing the procurement of multiple refractory insulation products in one order
Making it easier to establish a systematic project stocking plan
Improving container utilization through mixed loading
Helping customers better control procurement rhythm and delivery schedules
Reducing communication and management costs caused by sourcing from multiple suppliers
For a new customer, this kind of capability is often more attractive than a quotation for a single product, because it directly affects project execution efficiency and overall procurement convenience.

Although this was the first cooperation with the Colombian customer, they were highly satisfied with our multi-series product portfolio and service.
The customer commented:
“CCEWOOL® provides not just a single ceramic fiber block product, but a refractory insulation solution that is better suited to industrial furnace projects. The different fiber block sizes are better matched to our installation requirements, and the combined purchase of fiber blanket and refractory brick has also made our project stocking much more efficient. For us, flexible specification support, a complete product range, and stable supply capability are the key foundations for future cooperation.”
In industrial furnace lining renovation and insulation support projects in Colombia like this, the customer’s challenge is never limited to a single material issue. Instead, it involves the combined requirements of structural matching, system integration, centralized procurement, and follow-up supply.
CCEWOOL® 1260℃ refractory ceramic fiber block not only supports custom size solutions that are better aligned with engineering requirements, but can also rely on a complete refractory insulation product system to provide one-stop procurement, mixed-container shipment, and loading optimization support. For customers who need to balance installation adaptability, procurement efficiency, and long-term supply stability, this kind of ceramic fiber block solution clearly offers stronger practical project value.
