Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped 1 × 40HC container of high-temperature insulation products to a customer in Poland with whom we have cooperated for 11 years. This order was centered on 1260°C ceramic insulation paper, together with 1260°C ceramic fiber board, for the customer’s downstream processing and supporting engineering applications.
These products will mainly be used for the reprocessing and manufacture of high-temperature sealing gaskets, insulation gaskets, structural gap-filling components, and localized insulation supporting parts. Among them, ceramic fibre paper is better suited for flexible gaskets, thin-layer insulation, and sealing compensation areas, while ceramic fiber board is more suitable for rigid supporting insulation parts or structural auxiliary components.
For the customer, the key concern in this purchase was not only whether the materials could withstand high temperatures, but also whether they were truly suitable for downstream processing and able to maintain stable performance during cutting, punching, die-cutting, and supporting component manufacturing.
In this project, 1260°C ceramic insulation paper is mainly used for the downstream manufacture of gaskets, insulation pads, and localized thin-layer insulation parts. For this type of application, customers care not only about the product's basic insulation performance, but also whether it offers better processing quality for Fabrication.
In actual use, ceramic fibre paper is rarely applied directly as a full roll in its final form. Instead, it usually enters downstream cutting, punching, die-cutting, and assembly processes. If the product lacks flatness, has unstable thickness, or tends to fray at the edges or fluctuate dimensionally during processing, it will directly affect the assembly performance and batch consistency of finished gasket products.
The value of CCEWOOL® ceramic insulation paper in this project is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
Uniform paper structure, making downstream cutting and die-cutting easier
Stable thickness control, helping maintain gasket dimensional consistency
Good product flatness, making it more suitable for continuous processing workflows
Better suitability for the manufacture of high-temperature sealing gaskets and insulation supporting components
In other words, the ceramic fibre paper supplied by CCEWOOL® is not just a basic insulation product, but also a Fabrication-oriented material that helps customers complete the downstream manufacture of gasket-related products.
For customers long engaged in the processing of gaskets and insulation parts, standard-size products cannot always fully match all engineering projects. Different equipment structures, different sealing positions, and different insulation part shapes often place more specific requirements on material width, length, and even batch specifications.
CCEWOOL® can provide custom specification support for ceramic insulation paper according to customer engineering requirements, allowing the product to better match downstream Fabrication processing logic and actual installation needs. For customers, this customization capability mainly solves several practical issues:
Better matching the size requirements of downstream gasket processing and punching
Reducing the need for additional slitting in the workshop or on site
Improving material utilization and reducing processing loss
Better supporting continuous production efficiency and finished-product consistency
For customers with real reprocessing requirements, a valuable ceramic insulation paper product must not only meet basic insulation requirements, but also provide more suitable specification solutions according to engineering needs. This is also why the ceramic fibre paper supplied by CCEWOOL® is better suited to high-temperature gasket and insulation supporting processing projects.

Over the past 11 years of cooperation with this Polish customer, CCEWOOL® has continuously supplied stable high-temperature insulation products.
The customer commented:
"CCEWOOL® provides not just conventional ceramic fibre paper products, but high-temperature insulation material solutions that are better matched to our processing needs. The products have remained stable in downstream cutting and gasket processing, and the customized specifications have also reduced our need for additional slitting and adjustment. For us, stable product quality, flexible specification support, and continuous reliable supply capability are the most important foundations for long-term cooperation."
In high-temperature sealing gasket and insulation supporting processing projects in Poland like this, the customer's challenge is never limited to selecting a single material. Instead, it involves the combined requirements of processing adaptability, dimensional matching, finished-product consistency, and long-term supply.
CCEWOOL® 1260°C ceramic insulation paper not only offers product quality better suited for Fabrication processing, but can also provide customized specification solutions better aligned with actual customer engineering needs. For customers who need to balance processing efficiency, dimensional accuracy, and long-term procurement stability, this kind of ceramic fibre paper solution clearly offers stronger practical value.
