Recently, CCEWOOL® shipped one 40HC container of 1100°C ceramic wool blanket to a customer in Serbia with whom we have cooperated for 3 years. The product was supplied in the size of 25 × 1200 × 7200 mm, with a density of 128 kg/m³, and packed in Woven Bags for convenient transportation, storage, and on-site use.
This batch of CCEWOOL® ceramic wool blanket will be used for backup insulation layers in industrial furnace lining systems. For the customer, this is not just a basic insulation material, but a product solution that supports backup insulation, downstream processing, and project efficiency.
In industrial high-temperature systems, the backup layer plays an important role in reducing heat loss, lowering shell temperature, and improving energy efficiency. A suitable ceramic wool blanket must provide stable insulation performance together with good consistency in thickness, density, and structure.
CCEWOOL® 1100°C ceramic wool blanket is designed for this type of backup insulation use. It is not intended to replace the hot-face lining, but to serve as an auxiliary insulation layer for multi-layer systems. For industrial furnaces, heat treatment equipment, and localized high-temperature structures, CCEWOOL® ceramic wool fire blanket is well suited for backup insulation, transition insulation, and energy-loss control.
For customers involved in downstream processing and installation, whether ceramic wool blanket offers good Fabrication adaptability is also important. In applications such as equipment shells, irregular wrapping, localized joints, or zoned installation, the product often needs to be cut, adjusted, or reprocessed according to on-site requirements.
CCEWOOL® 1100°C ceramic wool blanket is manufactured using a double-sided internal needling process, delivering reliable performance in terms of structural stability, roll condition, and batch consistency.
