Recently, CCEWOOL® shipped one 40HC container of 1000°C Calcium Silicate Board to a long-term customer in the U.K. with whom we have cooperated for 11 years. In addition to the calcium silicate board, the customer also purchased 1200 low biopersistent fiber board, low biopersistent fiber blanket, low biopersistent fiber bulk, and 1260HPS ceramic fiber blanket for supporting insulation applications in high-temperature systems.

These materials will be used in upgrade projects for industrial furnace lining systems, piping insulation systems, and equipment enclosure insulation structures. Among them, 1000°C Calcium Silicate Board is mainly used for rigid insulation layers, structural insulation sections, load-supporting insulation areas, and other parts requiring board processing and installation. Low biopersistent fiber products are used for backup insulation, filling, sealing, or composite insulation structures, while 1260HPS ceramic fiber blanket is used as a transition insulation layer in higher-temperature areas.
