Recently, CCEFIRE®, a brand under CCEWOOL®, shipped one 40HC container of IFB23/26/28/32 Insulating Fire Brick to a customer in Bulgaria with whom we have maintained cooperation for 10 years. In addition to this batch of insulating fire brick, the customer also purchased 1260HPS ceramic fiber board, 1430HZ ceramic fiber blanket, and 1260 PUREWOOL ceramic fiber blanket for supporting applications in high-temperature systems.
These products will be used in furnace lining upgrade projects for heat treatment furnaces, industrial kilns, metal processing equipment, and high-temperature piping systems. Among them, insulating fire brick is mainly used for furnace walls, furnace bottoms, furnace doors, and other areas that require both structural support and thermal insulation performance. Ceramic fiber board and ceramic fiber blankets are used for backup insulation layers, transition layers, or localized high-temperature areas.
In industrial furnace lining systems, different sections often operate under different temperature conditions and structural requirements. As a result, customers are placing increasing importance on whether insulating fire brick offers a complete temperature range.
CCEFIRE® can supply multiple grades of insulating fire brick, including IFB23, IFB24, IFB26, IFB28, IFB30, and IFB32, with temperature classifications covering 2300°F to 3200°F. This multi-grade product range enables customers to select more suitable insulating brick solutions according to different furnace structures and temperature zones.
For heat treatment furnaces, industrial kilns, and other high-temperature process equipment, this complete temperature coverage supports more precise zone-based lining design. It also allows easier combination with ceramic fiber blankets and ceramic fiber boards, helping achieve a better balance between structural stability and thermal insulation efficiency.
In addition to complete temperature coverage, another key advantage of CCEFIRE® insulating fire brick lies in its ability to support custom shapes and Fabrication customization.
In many industrial furnaces and thermal equipment systems, standard bricks cannot fully meet all installation requirements. This is especially true in areas such as furnace doors, arch sections, observation ports, burner openings, corner joints, and special support sections, where customized shapes or secondary processing are often required according to the actual structure.
CCEFIRE® can provide a wide range of custom-shaped insulating fire brick and Fabrication-customized products based on customer requirements. The main advantages include:
Brick shapes can be matched to different furnace structures
Better suitability for installation in complex structural areas
Reduced on-site secondary cutting and processing workload
Improved installation efficiency and overall lining fit
For customers with real engineering support requirements, evaluating whether insulating fire brick manufacturers are reliable depends not only on the stability of their standard products, but also on whether they have the capability to provide custom shapes and fabrication support.

Over the past 10 years of cooperation with this Bulgarian customer, CCEWOOL® has continuously supplied stable high-temperature insulation products and insulating fire brick products. The main reasons why the customer continues to choose our IFB series insulating fire brick include:
Temperature coverage from 2300°F to 3200°F, meeting the needs of different furnace lining zones
Stable product quality, suitable for long-term project procurement
Support for custom shapes and Fabrication customization, better aligned with practical engineering requirements
Stable shipment execution and strong supply coordination
The customer commented:
"The IFB series insulating fire brick supplied by CCEWOOL® has consistently performed reliably in both product stability and project support capability. The complete temperature range allows us to more flexibly match the requirements of different equipment areas, while the custom shape processing and supporting supply capability have also made our installation and project execution more efficient."
CCEFIRE® IFB series insulating fire brick not only offers multi-grade temperature coverage from 2300°F to 3200°F, but can also provide custom-shaped and Fabrication-customized solutions according to customer requirements, delivering more efficient and more reliable high-temperature insulation solutions for customers.
