Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped one 40HC container of Superbloc® Refractory Ceramic Fiber Module to a long-term customer in Mexico, marking 11 years of continuous cooperation.
This batch will be installed in a natural gas-fired continuous industrial furnace, supporting hot-face upgrades of furnace walls and roof sections. The objective is to enhance overall thermal efficiency and ensure long-term operational stability of the lining system.
In addition to the refractory ceramic fiber module, the customer also ordered:
2300HPS Ceramic Fiber Blanket (for backup insulation layers)
2600HZ Ceramic Fiber Blanket (for localized high-temperature reinforcement zones)
Within this project, the customer adopted a layered composite lining structure: the Superbloc® ceramic fiber module serves as the primary hot-face insulation material, the 2300HPS blanket functions as a transition layer, and the 2600HZ blanket is applied in localized high-temperature areas for reinforcement.
This configuration is widely used in natural gas heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, and petrochemical heating systems, where long-term operation and thermal cycling demand exceptional structural stability from the lining materials.
In industrial furnaces operating continuously at 1200–1300°C, lining materials must deliver not only low thermal conductivity but also maintain structural integrity under repeated heating and cooling cycles.
The core advantages of CCEWOOL® Superbloc® Refractory Ceramic Fiber Module include:
Monolithic Construction Minimizing High-Temperature Shrinkage Risk
Superbloc® ceramic fiber modules are manufactured using an integrated monolithic forming process. Once installed, they create a tightly compressed and continuous lining surface. Even after prolonged high-temperature exposure, the lining maintains structural continuity, reducing the risk of hot-face joint formation.
Optimized 12 PCF Density Balancing Strength and Insulation
The carefully engineered density allows the refractory ceramic fiber module to deliver excellent thermal insulation while maintaining reliable structural support—particularly critical for furnace roofs and large wall areas.
Adaptability to Thermal Cycling Conditions
In natural gas-fired furnaces with frequent startup and shutdown cycles, lining materials must resist thermal stress. Superbloc® ceramic fiber modules maintain stability under temperature fluctuations, reducing the risk of loosening or structural movement caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
It is this proven high-temperature structural stability that has led the customer to continue selecting CCEWOOL® refractory ceramic fiber module products across multiple furnace upgrade projects.

Prior to shipment, the customer appointed an independent third-party inspection agency to conduct on-site verification at the CCEWOOL® manufacturing facility.
The inspection scope included:
Dimensional accuracy and module compression structure
Density verification and visual consistency
Packaging integrity and batch traceability
Random sampling for physical property confirmation
All inspection results fully complied with the customer’s technical specifications and contractual requirements.
The customer commented:
“CCEWOOL® Superbloc® refractory ceramic fiber modules maintain strong structural integrity after long-term operation. Our decision to conduct third-party inspection reflects our responsibility to long-term projects. CCEWOOL®’s manufacturing and quality systems stand up to on-site verification, which is a key reason for our 11-year partnership.”
From product performance to quality control transparency, from engineering adaptability to third-party inspection support, CCEWOOL® provides more than ceramic fiber module products—it delivers verifiable, engineering-grade high-temperature lining solutions.
CCEWOOL® Superbloc® refractory ceramic fiber modules will continue to advance in structural stability and transparent quality management systems, providing North American and global industrial customers with reliable, predictable, and long-term high-temperature lining solutions.
