CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Shapes for telecommunications cabinets are manufactured from high-purity in-house produced AES fibers using a vacuum forming process, followed by precision CNC machining according to customer drawings. The product is specifically designed for retrofit telecommunications cabinets and is applied in the thermal insulation and structural support area beneath battery racks.

Considering the limited internal space and complex installation structures within telecom cabinets, strict dimensional control is implemented throughout the design and manufacturing process to ensure precise installation clearances, preventing installation failure or difficulties caused by dimensional deviations.

With a high-density structure (360 kg/m³), the product provides stable thermal insulation performance while delivering excellent mechanical strength to support long-term operational reliability of battery rack systems.
