Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped a batch of CCEWOOL® 1260°C Ceramic Blown Fiber to an Italian customer with whom we have cooperated for three years. The products are packed in standard 20 kg bags. This shipment is mainly intended for the customer’s downstream processing and high-temperature insulation applications, reflecting the stable and ongoing cooperation between both parties in the field of high-temperature fiber materials.
CCEWOOL® 1260°C Ceramic Blown Fiber is produced using our proprietary patented blown fiber technology. The blown process produces fibers that are relatively shorter and more uniformly distributed. This characteristic offers clear advantages in practical applications:
Easier to use in the production of ceramic fiber boards, ceramic fiber paper, and vacuum-formed shapes
Better fiber dispersion, contributing to more uniform structures during forming
More effective as a high-temperature insulation filling material, especially for complex cavities and irregular spaces
For customers focused on fabricated products or system filling applications, Ceramic Blown Fiber provides greater process adaptability and application flexibility.
In terms of packaging and logistics, this batch of CCEWOOL® Ceramic Blown Fiber is supplied with vacuum packaging, effectively reducing volume, improving package compactness, and minimizing the risk of fiber loosening or moisture exposure during transportation.
All products are also palletized for shipment, ensuring overall stability and allowing easy unloading and warehouse handling with forklifts. This approach reduces labor intensity and improves on-site operational efficiency.
