CCEWOOL® S-type Refractory Ceramic Fiber Block adopts an S-folded fiber blanket structure, where continuous fibers are folded into a corrugated form and then high-pressure formed. This design keeps fiber orientation continuous and uniform, resulting in a denser module with excellent resilience.
During furnace operation, the S-type structure uses its inherent elasticity to compensate for gaps caused by thermal shrinkage, keeping the lining tightly fitted and enhancing overall structural stability and long-term operating reliability.
To meet different installation conditions and environmental requirements, CCEWOOL® S-type Refractory Ceramic Fiber Blocks are available with multiple fixation options, allowing customers to choose based on project needs:
Double-sided plywood fixing
The modules remain well-aligned, making transportation and on-site installation convenient. However, plywood waste is generated after installation and requires additional disposal.
Double-sided cardboard fixing
The modules are also neatly arranged, while the cardboard material is more environmentally friendly and easier to recycle after installation, making it suitable for projects with higher sustainability requirements.
Strapping-only fixing
This is the fixation method used for the current order. The modules can be installed directly upon arrival, with no need to remove auxiliary materials, eliminating packaging waste and improving installation efficiency.
These flexible fixation options allow the Refractory Ceramic Fiber Block to better adapt to different furnace designs, installation methods, and environmental standards.
