Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped a batch of CCEWOOL® 2300HPS Ceramic Wool Blanket to a long-term customer in Singapore, marking seven years of continuous cooperation. This order was not a standard specification but a fully customized solution based on the customer’s project requirements. From size design and tailored packaging to optimized container loading, every detail was adjusted to real application needs, ensuring the product could be installed and used immediately upon arrival.
In high-temperature equipment and industrial furnace systems, Ceramic Wool Blanket dimensions are often defined by specific operating conditions. For this Singapore project, CCEWOOL® customized the blanket size according to exact parameters and provided dedicated packaging to avoid secondary cutting, reduce material waste, and improve on-site installation efficiency.
CCEWOOL® 2300HPS Ceramic Wool Blanket is manufactured using purified, high-purity raw materials with significantly reduced impurity levels. Fewer impurities result in a more stable fiber structure under high temperatures, lower linear shrinkage, and more consistent long-term insulation performance.
As a result, the 2300HPS grade delivers clear performance advantages:
Lower linear shrinkage: more stable dimensions during prolonged high-temperature operation
Lower thermal conductivity: reduced heat loss and improved system energy efficiency
Tensile strength ≥85 kPa: stronger resistance to heat flow and chemically aggressive environments
These characteristics allow CCEWOOL® Ceramic Wool Blanket to provide longer service life and more reliable insulation in applications exposed to heat flux and chemical attack.
Beyond product performance, CCEWOOL® also developed a dedicated loading solution for this shipment. By optimizing roll packing and container layout, transportation safety was ensured while maximizing container utilization, reducing shipping volume and lowering logistics cost per square meter.
