Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped 2×40HC container of CCEWOOL® 1260HPS Refractory Ceramic Fiber Board to a long-term Polish customer with 12 years of cooperation.
This order was a mixed shipment. In addition to the ceramic fiber boards (size 25×1000×1200 mm, density 280 kg/m³), it also included CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Paper (5×1220×12000 mm), used for insulation and sealing in different functional areas of the customer’s high-temperature equipment and furnace lining systems.
Twelve years of continuous cooperation are built on proven long-term product performance and reliable delivery. This shipment once again highlights the mature capabilities of CCEWOOL® Refractory Ceramic Fiber Board in CNC cutting and surface finishing.
In high-temperature equipment applications, the dimensional accuracy of Refractory Ceramic Fiber Board directly affects installation fit and structural stability.
CCEWOOL® 1260HPS ceramic fiber boards are processed using CNC cutting systems, enabling precise control of length, width, and thickness tolerances and ensuring high consistency across each batch.
Compared with traditional manual cutting, CNC cutting offers clear advantages in practical applications:
Smaller dimensional deviations, reducing on-site secondary trimming
Higher batch consistency, supporting standardized installation
Suitable for precise forming of high-density boards
This is one of the key reasons why the Polish customer has continued to select CCEWOOL® Refractory Ceramic Fiber Board over many years of projects.
Beyond dimensional accuracy, surface flatness and edge quality are critical details in engineering applications.
After cutting, CCEWOOL® 1260HPS ceramic fiber boards undergo a dedicated precision grinding process, treating both surfaces and edges to achieve a flatter, more uniform finish.
In real operating conditions, this process delivers clear benefits:
Tighter fit between boards, reducing gaps
Lower risk of edge chipping or damage, improving installation safety
A more uniform and stable overall insulation structure
For high-temperature systems requiring long-term, stable operation, such detail control directly impacts lining reliability and service life.

From initial small-batch trials to today’s regular container shipments, 12 years of cooperation are rooted in the long-term stable performance of CCEWOOL® Refractory Ceramic Fiber Board under high-temperature conditions, as well as our continued investment in machining precision, product consistency, and delivery execution.
CCEWOOL® will continue to rely on its mature manufacturing system and refined processing technologies to provide dimensionally controlled, structurally reliable Refractory Ceramic Fiber Board solutions for customers worldwide, supporting high-temperature equipment with long-term, safe, and predictable operation.
