Recently, CCEWOOL® successfully shipped one 40HC container of high-temperature insulation fiber products to a long-term Vietnamese customer with 10 years of cooperation.
This shipment is centered on CCEWOOL® 1260°C Ceramic Fiber Paper, and is mixed-loaded with 1400°C ceramic fiber blankets, 1260°C ceramic fiber blankets, 1260°C ceramic fiber boards, and 1260°C ceramic fiber ropes, meeting insulation, sealing, and protection needs across different functional zones of the customer’s high-temperature equipment and furnace lining systems.
The Ceramic Fiber Paper in this order covers multiple specifications—2×610×30000 mm, 3×610×20000 mm, and 5×610×12000 mm—with a density of 200 kg/m³, supporting diverse installation positions and application forms.
In high-temperature sealing and insulation applications, the flexibility of Ceramic Fiber Paper directly determines engineering adaptability. CCEWOOL® 1260°C Ceramic Fiber Paper features uniform fiber distribution and a dense structure, delivering excellent formability and bending resistance, and can be folded 180° and recover.
In practical use, this translates to:
Easy conformity to complex curves and irregular structures
Suitability for gaskets, liners, insulation layers, and shaped parts
Reduced risk of damage during installation, with higher installation tolerance
For high-temperature equipment requiring precise assembly and tight fit, reliable and flexible Ceramic Fiber Paper significantly improves installation efficiency and operational stability—one of the key reasons this Vietnamese customer has selected the product over the long term.
Beyond product performance, this shipment also highlights CCEWOOL®’s mature mixed-loading capability. To support the customer’s need for multiple high-temperature fiber products in one project, CCEWOOL® planned container loading in advance based on product dimensions, packaging types, and weight distribution, achieving:
Rational mixed loading of multiple products to fully utilize container space
Lower overall logistics cost per product
Secure and intact transportation for all items
This project-oriented mixed-delivery approach not only improves logistics efficiency, but also brings added convenience for on-site storage and use.

10 years of continuous cooperation are built on the excellent flexibility and thermal insulation performance of CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Paper in high-temperature sealing and insulation applications, as well as CCEWOOL®’s ongoing optimization of product combinations, mixed loading solutions, and delivery execution.
From flexible, foldable ceramic fiber paper to coordinated multi-product supply, CCEWOOL® remains focused on real engineering needs, delivering more efficient and reliable high-temperature insulation solutions.

Push-type continuous reheating furnaces are primarily used to reheat steel billets, continuously cast slabs, and similar materials to the temperatures required for hot rolling. They are core thermal processing equipment in the steel industry. The furnace body typically has a long, linear structure, with different temperature zones arranged along the furnace length. Steel billets are […]
