Two. the masonry of the furnace wall
1. After the second layer of refractory clay bricks are built at the bottom of the furnace, the furnace wall will be built.
2. Before the furnace wall is built, the inner diameter of the furnace and the height of the furnace wall in the drawings should be marked on the benchmark.
3. According to the position of the chute, lay the bricks of the chute first.
4. The furnace wall can be built with small standard bricks. Generally, the thickness of the refractory brick wall is 347mm, and the thickness of the insulation brick is 250mm. Some manufacturers use refractory castables and insulation castables. The refractory bricks and insulation bricks are laid at the same time. Insulation bricks are laid dry and the joints are filled with powder.
5. Furnace wall brick joints, below the aluminum melt level, the vertical and horizontal joints of the refractory bricks shall not be larger than 1.5mm, the rest shall not be larger than 2mm, and the insulation brick joints shall not be larger than 3mm. some manufacturers use high-alumina clay bricks under the aluminum melt.
6.The allowable dimension tolerance of each part of the furnace wall: the inner diameter of the furnace is ±l0mm, the wall bricks are staggered by 1~1.5mm, and the wall bricks verticality is 5mm.
