Classification and performance advantages of thermal insulation bricks

As a new type of thermal insulation material, thermal insulation bricks have the characteristics of high strength, good rigidity, wind pressure resistance, creep resistance, crack resistance and waterproofing. So what are the advantages of thermal insulation bricks?
1. High temperature resistance:
The raw materials of thermal insulation bricks usually include expanded perlite, mullite, vermiculite, alumina hollow ball, high temperature resistant binders and other inorganic non-combustible materials, which are then prepared by scientific formula and advanced process technology. The high temperature resistance is above 1100 ℃. Among them, mullite insulation bricks and alumina hollow ball bricks have a refractoriness of 1800°C. It can be used directly in contact with the flame.
2. Thermal insulation
Lightweight thermal insulation bricks have low thermal conductivity, about 0.2~0.3, and have a good thermal insulation effect. Low heat capacity, due to low thermal conductivity, the lightweight thermal insulation brick accumulates very little heat energy, and the energy saving effect in the kiln is obvious.
