Advantages and disadvantages of lightweight insulation bricks

Lightweight thermal insulation bricks are produced with high-density concrete materials and two-layer protective structure, which is sufficient to resist the extreme weather and rainwater penetration, meet the external wall’s anti-seepage requirements. Using thermal insulation bricks can overcome the defects of aerated concrete of low density, high water absorption rate, lack of impermeability, and reduce the maintenance cost of the building.
1. Heat preservation and heat insulation. Lightweight insulation bricks are resistant to high temperatures and can effectively reduce energy consumption.
2. Fire prevention. Lightweight thermal insulation bricks can reach the national standard non-combustible grade A.
3. Clean and environmental protection. Lightweight insulation bricks will not cause secondary air pollution.
4. Light weight. Lightweight insulation bricks weigh only about 1.4 kg per square meter, reducing the load on the building.
5. The manufacturing technology is simple. Lightweight insulation bricks completely break the traditional technology and greatly shorten the construction time.
6. Beautiful: Lightweight insulation bricks can be adjusted to various colors, suitable for surface decoration.
7. Durable: Light-weight insulation bricks have a long service life.
Next issue we will continue to introduce lightweight insulation bricks. Please stay tuned.
